What do you love most about living here — both the home itself and the area
The memories we built in the house are incredible. The location has always been perfect; with a real sense of community in the close and with both local high schools being just around the corner.
Have you made any recent home improvements (New kitchen, bathroom etc) to the property that we should inform viewers of?
Not as of recent, but the back bedroom and bathroom is an added extension.
Has there been any structural changes made to the property i.e. garage conversion, loft conversion or extension?
Back bedroom and bathroom of the property are an extension.
If yes, please give details and confirm if planning was required? or Building Regulations Compliance Certificate Issued?
Unsure as this was done by my grandmother many years ago.
